Located 9 kilometers from Annecy, and 53 kilometers from Geneva. (New freeway scheduled to open between Annecy and Geneva in December 2008 which should reduce the time from 55 minutes to 35!)

Our home has 3 bedrooms (one is extra large with a sleeping loft and an office below), living room and dining room (with a chimney), fully equipped kitchen, laundry, bathroom, and a fenced yard (with a barbecue and patio furniture). High speed internet available (just needs to be set up in your name).

Perfect for a family or a couple.

We have three children, so there are many toys, books, etc., available.

Public school located in the village.

Electric radiators and/or wood heat.

You will need a car.

Calm countryside neighborhood surrounded by gorgeous mountain views and farmland. Lots of Savoyard charm (beams, large stones, archways).

Stairmaster 4000 PT (professional equipment) in the home.

Near a lake -- hiking, and skiing. We are a French-American family, and I am a Ph.D. candidate at the University of California, Davis.
