3/4 Bedroom 1 Office Apartment On Retiro Park in Central Madrid, Spain

Our home has and open floor plan overlooking a garden and is across the street from the best park in Madrid: the Retiro, which itself borders the museums, the stock exchange and a lot of the sightseeing attractions that Madrid offers those who visit and live here.

One enters the home to find a mid-sized hall offering three doorways. o the left one finds the office, which sometimes is used as a guest bedroom. Directly in front there is a small bathroom with Egyptian like tiles and a shower. To the right there is a larger doorway that leads into the main body of the house. If one chooses to receive a guest in the office this door can be closed to provide privacy to the rest of the home. This is what we have done for years.

Once inside the main body of the home to the right there is the kitchen with a bar, around the corner of the kitchen there is a breakfast nook.

Directly in front there is a bathroom,in blue, a guest bedroom (there are only 3 of us so that is what we use it for).

To the left there is the sitting room, past the sitting room there is one bedroom which overlooks the garden..a s does this whole area of the house.

Moving into the sitting room area to ones left again there is a large tv room, with a stereo etc.. along side that the is another large bedroom.

In the middle of the house we have a fountain made of rocks and shells and wood from many beaches all over the world. There are some pictures on the walls etc..

It´s a nice place to live!
