While you delight in the city's offerings, pass your time indoors, in an Edwardian flat decorated with Victorian and Edwardian antiques in the heart of San Francisco.
Converse, relax or read in the parlors, taking in the romantic atmosphere of jewel-toned walls.
Retire in one of two bedrooms with queen-sized beds, or convert the second parlor into a third bedroom with a king-sized Bellach sofa bed.
There are two full bathrooms, one of which has a claw foot bathtub, and the kitchen is a culinary delight with butcher-block counter and Viking stove, connected to a dining room that comfortably seats six.
From the kitchen, bring a cup of coffee or cocktail in hand, as you climb two stories to our roof deck with sweeping views of the San Francisco Bay and Golden Gate Bridge.

Blocks from Polk Gulch shopping and dining district; less than one block from the 1 bus line which goes to Chinatown and the Embarcadero; one block from Hyde Street Cable Car Line; two blocks from California Street Cable Car Line; four blocks from the top of Nob Hill, home to Grace Cathedral, The Huntington Hotel, Fairmont and Top of the Mark;
a stroll or a cable car ride away from Union Square and Fisherman's Wharf; blocks from the infamous curved Lombard Street in Russian Hill; walking distance of bus lines 19, 47, 49 to Civic Center BART or the MUNI train on Market Street; a bus ride away from USF, UCSF, SFCC and other smaller schools, and a train ride from SFSU.
