When you enter the home you are welcomed by a sunny elegant living room with a wood burning fireplace and a grand piano. The formal dining room is connected to the living room and seats up to 12. The large sunny eat-in kitchen seats up to 8 people - or enjoy eating outside on the partially enclosed south facing patio, located just off the kitchen.
