I am moving to St. Andrews, Scotland, but I just can't bear to sell my condo quite yet.

I would love to rent it to a fellow academic -- perhaps to someone who will be at UT for a while?

I would like to rent it for at least a year, but I am open to other possibilities (whether longer or shorter), for the right renter.

I absolutely adore my little place by the lake and I am hoping to find someone who will love it just as much as I do!
