2 bedroom/2 bath/2 office house, with huge front and back yards, pool and hot tub.

5 minute bike ride/15 minute walk to ASU's Main Campus in Tempe.

The only expense (other than the sublet fee) would be utilities (electric bill for air conditioning, etc.).

We are on a cul de sac, next to a small, private school (closed during the summer). It's a rather wonderful place!

Not good for young children, however, as the pool is unenclosed and some of the furniture is fragile.

House sitter would be able to use our bikes and, possibly, our car.
