I will have a studio in the backyard for my grand piano, so my practicing won’t disturb you! This is a very covid-safe household; the heating and ducting systems in the suite have just been updated so that ventilation in the house is completely independent and self-contained. There is a laundromat one block away. Apologies, during covid times there is no shared laundry.
