A: If you just entered the ad, it probably has not yet been approved. Usually, the ad will be approved within an hour, but it may take up to one business day. Once the ad is approved, you will receive an email notification. At that time you should be able to view your ad.
A: You will receive an email as your "receipt" confirmation. This e-mail will also remind you that you can access and edit your online ad. If you edit an ad, your ad will not be immediately viewable online, since it must be re-approved.
A: You may reset your password by entering your e-mail address on the forgotten password form. This will prompt you for your e-mail address, and the password will be e-mailed to you.
A: Any edit made to an ad requires a re-approval before the ad can go live; normally, the re-approval takes about one hour, but it may take up to one business day (Monday-Friday) after you placed the ad.
A: Yes, you may include up to six photos. Near the end of the ad submission, there is an option to upload photos. Click on Browse, select the photo you would like to upload, and click the 'Preview' button. Accepted image formats include: JPEG, GIF, and PNG.
A: All ads posted as part of our Inaugural Special will run for four months. Ads posted after this time will have the option of running for two, four, or six months.
A: The procedure you are using is correct. There are probably no homes listed at this time near your particular destination. You might try searching some of the surrounding cities and towns.
A: On the detailed description of the property, there is a button that you can click to contact the owner. This will allow you to email the owner, expressing your interest in their home.
