The house can be furnished for two bedrooms or for one bedroom and office space. Alternative furnishings are available to accommodate young children.

The large yard is fenced and landscaped. The carport has an attractive gate providing covered parking or patio area. The backyard amenities include a large storage shed, a covered double swing, a free standing hammock, outdoor table and chair set and a propane grill.
