I am a tenured professor, who recently purchased my first home. I am seeking a housemate to occupy a bedroom in my historic three-bedroom row home in the thriving Newbold section of South Philadelphia, in easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, yoga studios and fitness centers, micro-breweries, bars, and music venues. The home features a front porch, open living plan on the first floor, exposed brick, wood floors, 1.5 baths, on-site laundry, wifi, central air, a small back patio, and basement storage. It is close to subway and bus lines, and a quick bus ride to the Regional Rail terminal.

Zola, the friendly rescued greyhound, is also in residence here.
