Bright and spacious apt in Hamburg off campus between Schanze and Eppendorf

Last Updated: May. 26th, 2021

During the academic year 2021/22, we rent our furnished apartment in Hamburg-Eimsbüttel. It is located at the Isebekkanal with its lovely park and within walking distance of the university campus, Eppendorf and the Schanzenviertel. The Kaifu outdoor pool is just a few steps away. It is located on the 4th floor (with no elevator), with a wonderful view, full of light and spacious.

Fully equipped kitchen; 2 bathrooms; 2 offices. Highspeed Wifi (250 MBit/s)

The apartment has three balconies facing different directions, so you will have sun at all times. In addition to a piano, the furnishing also includes a rubber dinghy, with which you can go from Isebekkanal (a few steps from the apartment) directly to the Alster.

Eimsbüttel is a nice neighborhood with little cafes, excellent restaurants and little shops and galleries. The apartment is located in a wonderful school district. The elementary school and several high schools (one of them with offers an International Baccalaureate) are just steps away.

More pictures upon request.
