I work in the area of mental health and disability health research and have gone back into academia to pursue a doctoral degree in another city. As such, I'm renting out my home for others also in academia.

Comes with 1 parking spot. Location is ideal for those with an active life. You can easily get onto the highway to go ski, hike, or mountain bike at Whistler Blackcomb (2 hours), or ~ 45 min to Cypress Mountain, Seymour Mountain, or Grouse Mountain. It's a 2km jog to two different sets of trails. One along the Trans Canada Trail, and another to the Central Valley Trail to jog around Burnaby Lake (10km loop) or Deer Lake (4km loop). Burnaby Mountain is easy to get to via the Skytrain to hike, trail run, or mountain bike.
