We’re a family of 3 who will be away from August 2022 to August 2023 for a sabbatical year. We are looking for a good match to rent our fully renovated Condo in Toronto.

The Condo is situated on a one-way street in the heart of Downtown Toronto. The Grange Park - one of the best in Toronto - is less than a 5-minute walk away. It includes an incredible playground, dog park, splash pad, and lots of green space.

We are also 15 min walking from University of Toronto, 10 min walking from all the major hospitals like Sickkids and Toronto General and 5min walking to financial district.

One block from the Condo is Queen Street west full of amazing shopping, restaurants, and independent coffee shops, also you are steps away from Kensington market. A great place to have some fun!

We are well situated with access to public transit with subway, streetcar and bus options.

This is a three-level condo. Fully renovated in 2021, with open concept kitchen and living room on the first floor, two full washroom (one on the first floor and other on the second floor) and two bedrooms. The master bedroom includes walking closet and balcony. The office is located on the third floor which is perfect for writing and working calls. The terrace in the third overlook parks and Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO). You will also have a parking spot included in your rental agreement.
