3 BR, 2 Bath house near shopping and dog park for rent or exchange

I am on sabbatical from the U. Oregon this year and we would like to spend 6 months in Cambridge, UK, where our son is in graduate school. We'd like to exchange with someone there, or rent our house in South Eugene to a responsible person or persons who would be willing to care for our very easy-going cat. We also have a small dog, and we're not sure if we will be able to take her with us. If we can't, we'd reduce the rental price in exchange for dog-sitting. She is a small, sweet pooch who doesn't shed and barks only rarely.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a nice kitchen with a new gas cooktop, central air conditioning, and a spacious, fenced yard. It is near shopping and a large dog park, and less than 2 miles from campus on a small, quiet street. Rent without dog would be $2200; with dog: $1600.
