The house is ideally located down the block from awesome hiking trails leading to Mt Tam and watershed lakes. It's a ten minute walk to the charming town of Fairfax with cafes, restaurants, movie theater and live music venues. The town is only 21 miles from San Francisco and Berkeley. World class Sonoma/Napa wine country is located just an hour north. Point Reyes National Park is also accessible in under an hour.
