This 550 SF condo is located in a lovely brick building and has hardwood floors, a renovated kitchen, a renovated bathroom, and modern finishes throughout the condo. Living room has a modern sofa and chaise. The bedroom is spacious, with a queen bed, TV, lounge chair, ample shelving, and two full-size closets. Fully equipped kitchen (including microwave, cups, plates, pots, & pans), cleaning supplies (vacuum cleaner, cleaning products), and linens (sheets, blankets, towels). There is a washer/dryer in the basement of the building.
Short-term rate (6 or 3 months) of $3200 includes heat, hot water, gas, electricity, and internet.
Long-term rate (12 months or more) of $2550 includes heat, hot water, and gas. Electricity and internet (tenant pays separately).
There is also an option to rent a dedicated parking spot in the secure parking lot next to the building. Parking spot available for $100/month; $150 final cleaning. First/last/security deposit is required.
No pets or smoking allowed.

1. Large grocery store across the street with pharmacy inside.
2. Restaurants/cafes less than 0.25 miles away.
3. A quiet neighborhood with beautiful open public spaces such as Fresh Pond, Mt. Auburn Cemetery, and Charles River within a 5-10 min walk.
4. Proximity to Harvard Square – arrive there in 5-7 minutes by bus or car.
5. Proximity to public transportation - 71/73 bus line is right across the street which can take you directly to Harvard Square, Waverley Square, or Watertown Square.
