Our much-loved 1.5 story home is available from September 1, 2023 – June 1, 2024, with some flexibility around dates. The main floor consists of a well-sized furnished living room, modern fully-equipped kitchen, and an additional room which can be used as an office or bedroom. The upstairs level has the main bedroom and bathroom. The lower level is unfurnished at this point, so that you can decide how you want to use the space- recreation room, bedroom, exercise room, office, etc. The lower level has a well-sized open space, 3- piece modern bathroom, laundry room, and lots of storage space. The ceiling in the basement is quite low. The pollinator gardens, front and back yards, are sanctuaries of peace and quiet within the city. The home has central air conditioning and is heated with a gas furnace.
