The loft is entire top floor of a small, quiet co-op with elevator. All rooms have natural light. TWO living rooms with TWO large desks and 10 ft. ceilings. Open layout. The large bedroom is 9' x 16', located at the back of loft and has queen-sized bed. The bathroom is day-lit, fully-tiled bath with shower and tub.
NEW items include: fresh paint, in-wall A/C in main rooms, new windows throughout, new gas stove and W/D, large new rugs, new loveseat in front by arched windows. Easy care plants, original wooden floors and original 1904 tin ceilings in mint condition, add character and warmth.
