Our airy, spacious 1BR apartment is nestled in the highly desired neighborhoods of Glassell Park, and Eagle Rock... popular for singles and young families.  It is a 5 min drive to 3 freeways.  2 Glendale freeway, 5 Freeway, and 134 Ventura Freeway. It is 15mins from Hollywood, Silverlake, Downtown Los Angeles, Huntington Gardens, Pasadena, Rose Bowl, Staples Center, and Burbank  Use it as a base to get virtually anywhere in our incredible city!

We are close to Pasadena Arts Center, Huntington Gardens, USC, Occidental College, JPL, CalArts,

Our neighborhood boasts great cafe's amazing eateries, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Sprouts, Target, and 24 hour supermarkets.  You don't have to go too far to enjoy great food or get a glass of wine, or beer OR catch a movie.  

We reside in the main house upstairs.  This lower floor apartment has its own private entrance.  Stairs from the mailbox at street level lead up to the first floor.   

As you enter you find yourself in a large airy living room. The fully stocked kitchen and dining space opens into the living area allowing for a much larger open concept.  Windows in every room give the apartment a huge and sunny feel.  French doors lead into a small, comfortable bedroom containing a FULL size bed., dresser and large closet providing ample space for your belongings.  A small TV is stationed in the bedroom but can be moved if necessary into the living room.  Living room has a FULL size pullout sofabed with a desk/chair to sit by the window and work on your projects.  On clear days (which is almost every day in Southern California!), you have views of hills and sky.  

The apartment includes your own private wireless internet.  The open kitchen has everything you need to make a great meal. Studio Kitchen includes a microwave, four-burner cooktop, small coffeemaker and toaster. The glasstop dining table seats 4 people. NOTE: There is NO Dishwasher and NO Oven for baking.

Bring your morning coffee out to the small patio outside the apartment for a relaxing start to your day.

We have a strict NO SMOKING policy inside or outside the apartment.  Overnight stays are for registered guests only. No gatherings, groups. This is not a party house or for meetings.

Parking is public street parking. Parking is usually not an issue day and night. Please follow LA CIty parking rules and regulations. 

Also, please note there is a flight of stairs from the driveway up to the front door of the house.  The stairs are not steep but we want to mention it.
