The fourth bedroom is small and can be used as a dedicated office. There is a formal dining room, living room with fireplace and recreational room with a 55" TV with streaming services. We have a fenced in back yard, a stone patio with furniture, gas and traditional fire pits, and a vegetable garden.

We live in Maplewood, NJ. Fast becoming "Brooklyn, West", with wonderful restaurants and an adorable downtown. There is a jitney to the NJ Transit Midtown Direct to NYC one minute away or you can do the 15 minute walk to the Maplewood train station. The fastest train will get you to Penn Station NYC in 28 minutes. Our house is on a quiet street about 15 minutes walk to two parks with playgrounds for kids and space for your dog to run. Tennis courts are also within 15 minutes. Summer events include outdoor movies and music in downtown Maplewood and our sister town South Orange.
