2 bed 1 bath apartment sublet starting late December/January – in-unit laundry, bathtub,
bedrooms and living space with natural light.
Looking for one to two responsible and quiet people to sublet my apartment starting late December/January until mid/end of August 2024 (flexible dates). After that, the large room will be available.
Furnished historical apartment with wooden floors, top floor of a 4 storey building.
Both bedrooms have tons of natural light thanks to the large windows and come furnished
with queen size beds, desks, sideboards etc. There are additional two built-in wardrobes for
clothes/storage. (s. photos).
The apartment also has a common space and additionally a very spacious living space/kitchen
with windows looking to the backyard. We also have roof access for hanging out. You’re free
to bring in your own furniture. There are also plenty of bookshelves, space for more, and in-
unit laundry in the spacious bathroom.
Rent is $1,500 for each room, $3,000 for the whole apartment. Gas is included in the rent,
utilities (internet and electricity are no more than $50 + $40 per tenant monthly) are billed separately. A security deposit of $1,500 is required – for 1 room ($3000 for the whole apartment).
It is located in a great neighbourhood in the heart of Brooklyn and only 25 minutes away
from the hearth of Lower Manhattan (Union Sq/14 St Station).
It's a great neighborhood within walking distance from every subway line but the L, NYU
Brooklyn, Jay St-Metrotech – ideal also for NYU commuters, Fort Greene Park, the Brooklyn
Heights Promenade, the Brooklyn Academy of Music, and plenty of great restaurants.
Prospect Park is also close. The Chelsea Piers fitness studio is on the other side of the
street. Trader Joes and Whole Foods are about 7 minutes away from the apartment (at City
Point and Atlantic Terminal respectively).
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
