The uniqueness of our apartment is the very good location (right next to a park) and only 10 minutes to the city center. The house community is very friendly. Leipzig University hospital is also close by (walk distance about 10 min) and a lot of shops are in the neighborhood. We are looking for up to two people who would like to live in a nicely furnished and very functional flat. You should be tidy and friednly. The houseplants need some water from time to time. It would also be possible to come as a couple with a child. We would have to reorganize the study or living room.
