We're leaving for a gap year and want to rent out our furnished family home. There are three bedrooms, two full baths, a large family room with wood burning stove, and the kitchen was remodeled two years ago. We're very close to UMD and are right on the College Park bike/foot path, providing easy access to campus, downtown, and public transit.

The master bedroom is upstairs and comes with ample closet space, dressers, and a king-size bed. The 2nd bedroom comes with a closet, sturdy bunk beds, and a dresser. The 3rd bedroom comes with a full size bed, closet, desk, and dresser.

The kitchen is equipped with everything for cooking and baking. The large back room comes with a wrap around couch system, plenty of bookshelves, a roll top desk (with typewriter, if so desired), a sound system and projector for watching tv or movies. The front room has two couches (one a pull out sleeper), and a vintage piano.
