Our apartment is located at 628 fleet street on the 9th floor. It is a south west facing corner apartment with unobstructed views of Lake Ontario and Coronation Park.

Unit: It is a newly renovated 2+1 bedroom, approx 1200 square feet, with 2x balconies. It has 2x full bathrooms (one ensuite which includes a bath and separate shower, and the other bathroom has a standing shower). We are renting it out fully furnished. The master bedroom with walkout to balcony has 2 wardrobes, one of which is a walk-in. The other bedroom can be used as a child's room, a study or can be a full bedroom fitting a king size bed with bedside tables. There are separate living and dining areas. The large terrace adjacent to the dining area has space for a bbq. The unit comes with 1 underground carpark space.

Building: The apartment is in a building with security 24/7 and concierge for deliveries. There are amazing amenities including – indoor heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, party room, yoga room, outdoor bbq and dining, and well-equipped gym, all of which are included in the rental cost.

Location: We are in a very safe area with beautiful parks and walking paths along Lake Ontario. We are walking distance to downtown and there are lots of supermarkets within a few minutes walk. There is a large shopping centre 5 min walk called the Well with lots of restaurants, shops, bars and gyms. We are near all major highways as well so can get anywhere relatively easily. We are a short walk from Ontario place and the Budweiser stage. It is also a short walk to the water taxis to Toronto Island. We are 40 minutes walk from all major downtown hospitals or 30 minutes on public transport (and the streetcar stop is right outside) or 10 minutes drive (dependent on traffic).
