Our home is well set up for a family of 4, three comfortable sized bedrooms. Spacious living area with a grand piano on one side, large tv and seating area on the other side. Separate dining room. Dining table can seat up to 10 comfortably. Well appointed and newly renovated kitchen. All major appliances plus, instant pot, griddle, blender, food processor, stand mixer etc.

Behind the kitchen and leading out to the backyard, is a mudroom/pantry, there's also a mini fridge in that room where we keep extra beverages within easy reach of the backyard. We have a shared driveway with parking for 2 or 3 cars and level 2 charger for an electric car. Laundry is conveniently located on the top floor near the bedrooms. Master bedroom has a wall of built in wardrobes and a built in desk. There is a cozy, but unfinished space in the basement with a toilet and sink- functional, but not pretty.

Backyard with swings that can be used with hanging hammocks or traditional swing seats. Outdoor seating for about 8 with propane fire table and BBQ. There's a ping pong table in the garage that we enjoy in the late spring and summer. We do have trains that pass behind our house, there is some noise, but not too frequent.

Our home is located in the trendy Junction area. We're walking distance to schools, many restaurants, grocery stores and shopping- both small independent shops as well as larger chain stores like Wal Mart. There are many parks nearby including High Park. It's an amazing area to live in, a lovely neighbourhood feel, but very close to downtown and transit.

Rent includes the use of our year old fully electric Chevy Bolt EUV. As utilities are included there's no extra cost for charging at home!
