This is where your Vermont dreams come true in an urban setting. The large chef’s kitchen with Brazilian granite countertops, cherry cabinets, Viking stove, professional-grade stainless steel appliances, eat-in kitchen and fully-stocked spice cabinet will enable your inner chef to come out. The formal dining room allows you to show off your foodie self with others. The sunny family room off the kitchen with gas stove makes for cozy winter nights, so stretch out on 2 full couches and play the collection of board and card games or watch TV. The front door opens into a “formal” front room with a sofa and piano. The bedroom/office on the first floor boasts a queen bed, secretary desk and printer, and there is a half bath off the kitchen.
Upstairs, the primary bedroom is minimalist in approach but maximalist in closet space. Deluxe queen mattress with 2 (count them, two) walk-in closets promotes harmony since there will be no fighting over space. The second upstairs bedroom has a full bed and walk-in closet. A third upstairs room is currently set up as a bedroom with a double bed and previously served as a nursery (no closet) -- crib still available if needed. Large full bathroom with claw foot tub and rain shower provides antique charm and modern convenience.
The generous front porch welcomes you with chairs, tables, and a porch swing. Enjoy a small, fully fenced backyard with table/chairs and both a charcoal and gas grill. Some basement storage space is available, as well as a washer and dryer. The driveway fits 2-3 cars depending on size.
