The owners of this condo are two law professors at the University of Arizona who are spending most of their time in Tucson. We would love to rent for an academic year to visiting professors or grad students with whom we share values of integrity, responsibility and respect. Our home is a condominium but feels like , and has the convenience of, a townhome – it is on the 1st floor with direct access to the unit (no need to use an elevator or stairs) and dedicated parking (2 spots) right next to your back door. The home is currently configured with 2 large bedrooms- master suite upstairs (King bed) and second BR downstairs (Queen bed) – plus a fully furnished office with desk, printer, etc. (The office could be converted to a third bedroom). It is in immaculate condition with hardwood floors, high-end furnishings and appliances. Fully stocked (if desired) with plates, cookware, linens, etc. The location could not be better; walkable to restaurants, shops, and supermarkets (even walkable to UCLA) and convenient to the 405 freeway, the beach, UCLA and other universities. Can accommodate a small family easily. If interested we can work an arrangement for you to use our car, which is a very reliable Honda Accord in excellent condition. The building is small (15 units) with friendly neighbors, great management (on-call super). The unit has security alarm.
