This large historical home is in a very desirable part of the Beaches neighbourhood with a view of Kew Beach park, the tennis courts, and the lake. The house has new modern appliances including dishwasher. The furnace, stove, and washing machine were replaced in 2025. The house includes large principal rooms and wide hallways. The large living/dining room has a working fireplace. There is 1 full 2nd floor bathroom plus a main floor powder room, and an unfinished basement with a washer and dryer.
