We have a nice 4 bedrooms (+1 office) house in Montreal near metro (orange and blue). We are looking to swap for a similar house in Vancouver for the school year 2027-28 (sept - june). Perfect for a family. Big kitchen/dining area with lots of sunlight, yard with swings and BBQ, family friendly neighborhood, walking distance to metro and all amenities (groceries, pharmacy, etc.).
