Looking for a 1 year rental in central Calgary

Requirements:

I am moving to Calgary for a one year residency at Alberta Childrens Hospital with my partner. We own our own home in Vancouver and have excellent rental references from before we boiught in 2021. We are both fully employed professionals who are reliable, quiet and respectful. We are excited to discover a new city and looking for a wonderful place to call our home while we are there, starting in September 2023 through til the following Septmeber 2024.

My parner works remotely for a technology company and so ideally we are looking for a house that has an office or guest bedroom that can be used as an office.

We are flexible on neighbourhoods but ideally looking for something central that is close enough to both downtown and Alberta Childrens Hospital.

We do noyt have pets and are both non smokers.
